Marcos was fantastic. He came and saw, got all the appropriate materials, came back and put up the semi-permanent bracing wall and boarded up the giant hole in the side of the house all within the same day. Efficient, clean professional. Even sealed up the tiny gaps with expanding foam so critters cant get in while we wait for permits to pass. Thank you Marcos! Great job!!!

ServPro has two excellent Home restoration technicians, Jose and Eduardo Ortega. They were solely responsible for the reconstruction of our damaged ceiling and stairway wall, from an extensive water leak caused by our recently installed HVAC systems. They were very professional in completing the work, which resulted in the total restoration of our home’s ceiling and stairway wall to its “original condition.” They are to be commended for the quality of their work, as well as their competency and conduct throughout the two days they were at our home. Jose and Eduardo showed up promptly, working diligently throughout many hours, exhibiting skills in the various areas of the job (drywall, texturing, painting, removing scaffolding), as well showing a cheerful disposition and displaying respect for my wife, me, and our home. We highly recommend ServPro, based on work of these two exceptional technicians!

A huge thank you to Leo Ortega, who did an outstanding job with the drywall, painting, and finishing work. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, and the finished work looks flawless. And finally, I can’t say enough about Jose Ortega, who custom built the most gorgeous shelves for me, complete with beautiful mood lighting. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result! I shared my vision board with him, and he brought it to life perfectly. The shelves exceeded my expectations and have completely transformed the room. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also kind, dependable, and committed to excellence. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Servpro and their amazing crew. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service!
