I called with a few concerns about potential damage at my property, and Vee answered the phone. From the moment she picked up, she was warm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We had water damage with mole in our kitchen, unknown to us for a while. We contacted serve. Pro and T was the team manager, and came out and could not have been more helpful and more considerate and more efficient in our project. I had the misfortune of a flood in my kitchen one week before hosting Christmas. I worked with Matt on water mitigation. He was always upbeat, positive, and very patient when I asked him to explain and re-explain the entire process. He also moved FAST! He got me a temporary sink and hired a plumber so we wouldn’t be out of our house. I then started working with Will Smith and Tee Ballin on reconstruction. They are some of the nicest, most candid pros. I’ve never had to file a home insurance claim in my life, and they were incredibly helpful and fast on delivering everything the insurance needed to rebuild as quickly as possible. Once we got to reconstruction, the work they did was immaculate. We are incredibly meticulous, and they rebuilt our kitchen and living room in a way that made it all look like the day we moved in. I cannot thank the team enough for giving us our beautiful home back. I highly recommend Servpro!
