Connie da Costa Dorin is the Office Manager/Executive Assistant, Senior Project Manager & Construction Estimator/Coordinator at SERVPRO^®; of Campbell/Los Gatos/Monte Sereno/Sunnyvale North. Connie has been in the industry since August 2005 and has a lot of experience and certifications. Her certifications include: (IICRC) Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control and she also has Trauma Clean Up Certification, EPA Lead Awareness, Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Supervisor Certifications. Connie is a mother of two boys whom are her life and she works hard to provide for them. She is also fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Ronald Schmiedeberg is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of Campbell/Los Gatos/Monte Sereno/Sunnyvale North. He is the Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager and Estimator. A local boy, born and raised in the South Bay (Santa Clara.) Ronald has been in the industry since March 2014 and started working in the warehouse and loves his work so much that he is striving to work his way to the top. He now oversees all field operations, inspections, and estimating and he loves his job! He looks forward to tackling each new assignment as they are always different and each day brings something new. Ronald is proud to be able to walk each customer through the steps that are needed to mitigate the job suitably during such a stressful time in their life. He prides himself in customer service and tries to make it the best experience possible. Prior to working here at SERVPRO, Ronald was in the telecommunications industry. His IICRC Certifications are as follows – Applied Microbial Remediation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning Technician, Carpet Repair & Installation, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer. His certifications keep him learning as he works towards more certifications! He is a proud father and loving husband, and his family is the most important thing in his life! When not working time is spent snowboarding, camping, the beach and spend time at the lake with his loved ones!

William Smith is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Campbell/Los Gatos/Monte Sereno/Sunnyvale North. He is originally from Australia. William started in the industry in 2016, and has IICRC certifications. He has a dachshund named Moose whom is his world! He loves spending time with friends and his dog.

Andranik Sargsyan is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Campbell/Los Gatos/Monte Sereno. He has several years of experience in the industry and assists with field work from time to time. We love having Andranik as part of our team.

Martin Aldridge, a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO^®; of Campbell/Los Gatos/Monte Sereno/Sunnyvale North since 2018, is a San Jose native who has always had a deep-seated affinity for computers and technology. Growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley, his passion for all things digital began at a young age. Whether it's tinkering with programming or crafting custom PCs, Martin possesses a knack for the intricacies of computer software. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in every project he undertakes.

Carmen is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Campbell and was born in Mexico. She has been working in the industry since 2008 and enjoys her work. Before restoration, she worked at Target and loves every part of this industry. She is happily divorced, and the mother of three and speaks Spanish and English. Carmen enjoys, when outside of work, running, playing basketball, and kickboxing. When she is not working, spending time with her kids, and going to the movies with them is at the top of her list.
