Table are turned on me! SERVPRO of Burbank is one of my customer and now I am one of theirs, no fun! We installed Pex in our home 6 years ago and a connection in the attic from the Pex to Cooper failed and leaked, mind you at midnight on a weekend of course. My insurance company was great and offered me options and my adjuster has worked with SERVPRO of Burbank many times, so I said sure. They were great from the get go and scheduled me in right away. The father and son team of Dennis and Dominic came out and hooked up my two dryers and Dehu and I moved to the sofa for a few days. Everyday they were very accommodating in meeting me in the afternoon to check my reading on the Dehu. SERVPRO of Burbank i also cut out the drywall to dry out the attic space and when finished they sealed it temporarily till Spangler and Sons could come out and repair the ceiling. SERVPRO also contacted the Envirocheck for me to set up air testing for Asbestos. Everything was handle very well and I would recommend SERVPRO of Burbank to anyone dealing with water damage.
Had the unfortunate experience of TWO plumbing leaks in the span of two weeks. Both times, Jesse and Gage came out and handled not only the water detection and mitigation but also did a wonderful job reassuring my wife (and me) that they would work with our insurance company in a thorough and ethical manner. Had some water damage in our townhouse. SERVPRO of Burbank was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and they did a good job. They even had to remove some baseboard molding to see if the water had seeped behind and took great care in removing it so it could be replaced. Hopefully, we won't have need for their services anytime soon, but if we do, we won't hesitate to call.
We had a leak coming down from upper unit and SERVPRO of Burbank come out to repair the damages. With Oscar who came the first day day assessing the damage. Esdras and Cesar came the last couple of days to remove all the damage, clean up etc. Answering all of our questions, telling us what was found and what we have to do next, I would highly recommend using this company.
