Huge shout out to the Chino team for being extremely helpful throughout the entire claims process. From the very beginning, Fernand was very informative, professional, and kept me updated through every step and phase of the project, which made the entire process much less stressful. The crew was outstanding as well. Kevin D, Kevin G, Deallen, Felipon, Juan, and Reggie were all professional, respectful, and worked very cleanly throughout the job. They always picked up after themselves and completed everything thoroughly and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ve had such an amazing experience with this company and especially with Marc. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. I felt like it was talking to a friend who is extremely knowledgeable and professional about mold. He also great people skills and can help you in a very stressful situation. This is my first time using this company and this will probably be the only company I’ll use if mold issues/concerns were to ever come up. He didn’t even charge for spending time talking to me and my tenants for probably over an hour! Who does that anymore? I’m so happy I called him and the situation was handled with care and immediate attention. Thank you, Marc! You’re amazing. I’d definitely recommend using this company.
