It was clear that he wasn't just relying on his full array of tools, but also drawing on his extensive experience to get us the most accurate assessment possible. What truly set him apart was his dedication after the job was done. Even though his shift had already ended, Marc stayed late to carefully explain everything to us, answer all of our questions, and give us outstanding recommendations for our next steps. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ve had such an amazing experience with this company and especially with Marc. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. I felt like it was talking to a friend who is extremely knowledgeable and professional about mold. He also great people skills and can help you in a very stressful situation. This is my first time using this company and this will probably be the only company I’ll use if mold issues/concerns were to ever come up. He didn’t even charge for spending time talking to me and my tenants for probably over an hour! Who does that anymore?
