We appreciated the regular progress updates, checking in with us, seeking and incorporating our feedback. Along the way there were unanticipated/new issues that arose and we felt we could trust the team to inform us of the issues and present different options to move forward with the project. We felt the team respected our privacy and our time and treated our home with the same care as they would their own home. They took responsibility for the work subcontracted out and maintained a high standard (usually pointing out problems before we noticed ourselves). We would not hesitate to recommend this team to our family and friends and we would strongly consider them again for future projects.
