The owner of Servpro, Andy came to Phoenix, where I lived, and bought furniture from me. There was a tight deadline to take the furniture away which he met. He and his crew also loaded my rental moving van for me which was very helpful. I found Andy and his helper to be trustworthy and hard working. They were on time and very pleasant. So much of the transaction was completed over the phone and by email. He was honest and lived up to his word. I'm sure he must run his restoration business the same way!
First time having to deal with roots in my pipes. It was such a terrible experience. I called Servpro, and they came out that night. They were quick to respond the same day and quickly set up all that needed to be done with my insurance and were so absolutely caring! The team that packed out our home were so amazing and great at protecting our belongings and furniture answering all of our questions patiently and with care Thank you for making a terrible and stressful situation a lot less complicated and less stressful for my family you guys really are the best!
