From the first contact to the last the staff was helpful and friendly. I had never been through this type of thing before and they were great about answering all my questions.I had my drying and repairs done by this company and they were great through both processes.
A small PVC plug in a water line developed a small crack and leaked for several days. It was a vacation rental that was not occupied at the time so when it was discovered the carpet, laminate and sheetrock by the floor was soaked. SERVPRO had a crew there that day to remove all the ruined flooring and sheetrock and then set up dryers that kept any mold from growing. Had the unit back up and running no time!
This company has served us well a few times with previous floods. Respond time is immediate and Dustin Huffman our project manager has done a Fantastic job . SERVPRO works well with our insurance company so this minimizes the problems associated when your home is damaged.
