We have a roof leak and Logan, Anthony, Cody and David, Luis and Isabella have been awesome to work with so far. We had our entire house flooded by a mistake made by a general contractor. The insurance company contacted ServPro Sun City/Sun City West and Jeff responded immediately and started water remediation that same day. His team, Anthony and John, did an incredible job. They were very systematic at removing all of the damaged interior and cleaned up at the end of each day. We could not have asked for better customer service and care. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. They were INCREDIBLE!!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were wonderful! My washer overflowed and we had gotten the water turned off and vacuumed up, but the carpet was still squishy. The guys were here almost as soon as I called. They came and set up the fans and explained everything to me as they worked. Everything was back to normal in two days. John and Anthony were quick, efficient and helpful. Hoping I don't ever have to use them again, but if necessary I will call for their help in a flash.
Imagine calling the appliance repairman for a tiny water leak and finding out that water has damaged half of your kitchen, up the walls, behind your cupboards, and it is all covered in black mold! That is what we experienced! ServPro came that same day and began remediation immediately. They were very reassuring that we could solve the problem and reconstruct the kitchen to be good as new. Dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, containment zone, removal of all the black mold… all professionally completed in 2 1/2 weeks (in our case). Air testing verified that all mold was gone. We were very happy. They were all determined to make our home good again!

We had a major leak and mold in our kitchen from the dishwasher. Our Home Insurance sent us Servpro. They cleaned and dried the affected area. In addition. the cabinets, sink and dishwasher were removed. Most importantly, they protected the granite-like countertop.They are extremely professional and their work is impeccable.
