We bought a dishwasher a few months ago & one day found water leaking below. The contractor who put the dishwasher in came out, removed the dishwasher & found water sitting underneath. Flooded my house. And they got everything taken care of. Was respectful and very professional.
What a great crew, So prompt and professional . We had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night ,husband woke up to walking in water . Called Servpro at about 4:30 am and YES someone answered the phone. She said she would let me know in about a half an hour when her crew would be here.
