Less than 48 hours before our open house our ceiling collapsed in. My insurance suggested I use SERVPRO. Tiffany had her guys out within 2 hours. The first person who arrived to our house was Jordan. He was very sympathetic of our situation, throughly explained the process to us and quickly got to work drying the area. He even came back after the plumber left to assure the equipment was put back correctly. The next person to arrive to our house was David, he arrived soon after I found out our insurance would most likely not cover our leak. He was very sympathetic and said he would help us find someone to repair the drywall. Once the area was dried, Jordan and Vinny came out to remove the drywall. Both my husband and I were so impressed by their kindness and workmanship. They were very personable, explained the process of what they were doing throughly and took their time making sure everything was done correctly. Throughout the process I was in contact with Tiffany. She was very helpful and stayed on top of communicating with my insurance and getting all estimates to us in a timely manner.
