We had water damage in our kitchen that leaked below to our finished basement. Lloyd at SERVPRO measured and explained where the wet areas were that needed to be dried out and what needed to be removed. He took care of inventory of damaged items, drywall & item removal and cleanup. He was professional, trustworthy, polite and communicated with us during the whole process. Thank you Lloyd!
