Dave Jones
Dave Jones is the Owner/President. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University. Dave has 20 years of involvement in restoration and reconstruction ventures. Through the span of his career with SERVPRO, Dave has earned the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification, Applied Structural Drying Certification, Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician Certification, and the Commercial Drying Specialist Certification. He likewise holds a Lead Based Paint Certification.

Mace Ward
- Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently in his eighth year with the company. Mace is deeply committed to serving customers and takes pride in showing up every day for both his team and the people they help.
Raised in Oklahoma, Mace and his family remain closely connected to Rogers County, where they continue to operate their family farm. Outside of work, he organizes the annual Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament, a cause that’s important to him and his family.

Kyle Alexander
Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO Team Jones. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration. Kyle received his BA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University in 2002. He moved from California to Oklahoma in 2008 and has been a vital part of the SERVPRO team during much of this time. Kyle is well experienced in residential and commercial reconstruction and remodel projects and will work diligently to complete your job in a timely manner.

Gerald Thomas
Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development For SERVPRO of Team Jones. He graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects. Gerald has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience. In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy. He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Jim Scott
Jim serves as the General Manager for SERVPRO of Benton / Carroll Counties. He has been with SERVPRO since 2016 and brings a strong background in operations, efficiency, and quality control to the team. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Jim spent much of his career managing facilities in the auto parts industry, where he was recognized for improving performance and maintaining high standards. With certifications in Water, Smoke, and Fire restoration through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Jim leads with a focus on accountability, organization, and consistent results. He is committed to supporting his team and ensuring each project is handled with professionalism from start to finish.

Jordan Smith
Jordan Smith is the Office Manager and has over 5 years experience in the restoration industry and more than 10 years in managerial roles. She is IICRC certified in Water Mitigation. Her experience in a variety of management roles helps us effectively process residential and commercial insurance claims. Jordan was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. While not at work, Jordan spends her time with family. She especially enjoys being a cheer mom.

Jerry Stover
Jerry Stover serves as the Construction Manager for SERVPRO Team Jones of Northwest Arkansas, bringing more than 20 years of experience across residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and restoration. He built his career from the ground up, starting in the trades as a trim carpenter, iron worker, and asphalt foreman, which gives him a practical, hands-on understanding of projects at every level. Known for his approachable leadership style and steady presence on the job, Jerry leads with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, accountability, and client trust. He and his team are committed to delivering consistent results while building long-term relationships with both clients and crews.

Armando Mendoza
Armando Mendoza is the Director of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones. Armando has 24 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.
