Franchise Owner, Arkansas Operating Partner

Brandon grew up as part of the SERVPRO family. His father, Ed, along with Ed’s partner Don Legg, owned SERVPRO franchises in Arkansas and Louisiana. Brandon remembers his father responding to emergencies at all hours of the day and night to help SERVPRO customers. After Ed retired, Brandon bought his father’s share of the Arkansas operations and doubled its reach from Little Rock and North Little Rock to operations in Cabot, Pine Bluff, Saline County and Hot Springs. Brandon is an avid golfer who enjoys playing in his spare time. As they raise the next generation of SERVPRO leaders, he and his wife Suzanne have two children.

Franchise Owner

Don has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 1996. In those early days, Don and his partner Ed Aydlett owned franchises in Monroe, LA, Shreveport, New Orleans and Little Rock. In 2019, Ed’s son Brandon purchased the Little Rock operations from Ed and with Don, expanded the operational footprint to include Cabot, Pine Bluff, Saline County and Hot Springs. Don also remains the franchise owner in Monroe, Shreveport, Bossier City, and Natchez, MS. His years of teaching continuing education classes in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, ethics, and other classes have made him a familiar and popular face to Arkansas insurance agents and adjusters.

Chief Operating Officer

Melissa has a passion for improving things by breaking them down and rebuilding them better. If she ever wrote a book, it would be called "Why I Love Tearing Things Apart" so she could share her insights and experiences in creating and refining workflow and operational processes. She is the Chief Operating Officer of our company, which has multiple locations not only in Arkansas, but also in Louisiana and Mississippi. She came from our sister company, 318 Construction, where she impressed our franchise owners with her hard work ethic and skillset. As the COO, she has streamlined and implemented uniform daily procedures for all our offices, such as documenting calls, pro-actively reaching out to customers, documenting field work, and creating accurate invoices. She has been a key factor in our company's strong growth and success. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and she is active in women's ministries at her church.

Jennifer Bishop is a dedicated Sales and Marketing Representative with a genuine passion for helping customers through every stage of the restoration process. Certified by the IICRC in Water Mitigation and Fire Restoration, Jennifer combines technical expertise with outstanding communication skills and empathy to ensure property owners receive the highest level of service and support.

Known for her teamwork and dependability, Jennifer is always ready to step in and assist our production crews when needed—making her an invaluable part of the SERVPRO team and a trusted resource for our customers and partners.

Media Coordinator

Bill brings a diverse background to his role at SERVPRO^®; of Little Rock, where he has worked since 2012. His career began in television news, followed by roles in computer automation, sales, and mortgage banking. At SERVPRO, he found his passion in helping people recover from disasters and sharing the company’s story. A proud Arkansan, Bill enjoys photography and spending time with his family, including seven grandchildren.
