The SERVPRO team was amazing. Brendan and his crew came out and inspected and setup fans and equipment after a pipe burst and flooded the residence. Arnaldo came out everyday checking on them to make sure it was drying out. Benjamin and Richard were great at explaining the whole process to me. I recommend them to anyone who has water damage and needs help mitigating or cleaning up.

Servpro did an excellent job at cleaning and drying my floors after my toilet overflowed . The hallway and 2 bedrooms was standing in water. The staff was very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered. Water removed, carpet pad and any other wet items were removed. The hallway is hardwood and was dryed and refinished. 15 fans and dehumidifier along with a spray to inhibit mold was used. They cleaned as they worked and even wrapped and boxed items to be moved . I will certainly recommend this service to anyone that needs help with disasters. Job well done! Thank you Servpro!
If water damage had a personality, it would be like my mother in law…uninvited, tracked mud through the house, ate my food, and then refused to leave. Thankfully, ServPro Fort Smith sent in the A‑Team: Benjamin, Bubba, and Carlos. Three men who treat water damage like it owes them money. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, prompt, and ready to work like they were trying to win a televised competition called America’s Next Flood Survivor. Benjamin walked in with the confidence of a man who has seen every possible disaster and still chooses optimism. Bubba showed up with enough energy to power a small city. And Carlos, aka “El Padrino” Carlos worked so hard I’m convinced, he’s a part of Skynet, Terminator division. They didn’t just tear out the water damage, they bullied it into submission and continue to work to get it as dry as possibly. They were professional, thorough, and somehow managed to keep me laughing while my house looks like a soggy crime scene. If you ever find yourself ankle‑deep in water and questioning your life choices, call these guys. Although they can’t help removing my mother in law uninvited to functions, they’ll make it “Like nothing else happened,” and they’ll do it with good humor and hustle.
