We came home from vacation, and a water pipe had burst in my kitchen. We called SERVPRO, and Daryl and Anthony came right on, arriving about midnight. They were so thorough and did a fantastic job. They explained your process and the expected outcome. Cameron and Darby came each day over the weekend. Finally Monday afternoon the floor was dry and the fans and de-humidifiers were removed. I am scheduled for carpet and tile removal tomorrow. Britney has coordinated this and kept me in the loop. I cannot sing the praises of this company loud enough.
