Water Damage & Flood Cleanup Services

SERVPRO responded to an extensive water leak in one of our athletic facilities. We were in the process of installing turf for the facility and water entered the room flowing under the turf throughout the facility. SERVPRO responded and began extracting water and installed drying fans and de-humidifiers. They had the facility ready to return to operation in three days.

We had a massive water leak from the upstairs bathroom that saturated floors upstairs and leaked into a bedroom downstairs. By the time we discovered it, the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom as well as the floor, the hall floor, and the back bedroom had been water damaged. Our insurance adjuster said the first step was to get the water mitigaters to come. Although, he was not supposed to recommend anyone, he said that SERVPRO had always done a good job for them. I called SERVPRO, Anniston, and they put me on the top of the list coming out two hours later. Mark and Kim worked relentlessly pulling up and removing wet carpet and padding. They stayed until 10:00 that evening and set up blowers upstairs and downstairs. Each day for the next 6 days, Wade, the manager, would call each day, set up an appointment, come and check on, or send someone to check on the progress. Everyone that came out was very friendly, informative, professional, prompt, courteous, honest, and dependable. They communicated with the insurance adjuster. They handled everything beautifully. I was so impressed with the way they handled everything. I would give them 100 A+ for the job and highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their service.

I wanted to say that everyone, from Lorin, Theresa and the service guys have been more than helpful.  The ladies have answered all my questions as best as they could, they have returned calls promptly and have been patient and kind, no matter how many times I've called.  I feel like they understand that I'm displaced and just worried about my home. 

 I also wanted to say that Kyle,  Laguan and their team have been amazing as well, Kyle and Laguan have been more than professional and kind, they too have been patient with me and Kyle promised me that his team would take good care of me and they have. 

 Laguan gave me a call yesterday just to explain what they did and what is going to be done in the next couple of days. He knew I was concerned and explained to me that he treats each client's home as if it is his own and I feel like that is a true statement.  

When I asked him if he could send a picture or two of the inside of the house, just because I was curious of how much had to be tore out, he sent me a video of my house .  With the video I was able to be put at ease and was able to prepare my two daughters  for what they may see when we return home to start the clean up process.   

This is a service that I never thought I would need, and frankly never wanted to need, but in times like this I'm happy to have found a team that cares about their customers and I will certainly recommend your services to my family and friends.
