Ken Fewkes is the Operations Manager for all of our franchises. He has been with SERVPRO for 3 years. Ken oversees the day-to-day operations at SERVPRO and makes sure everything is running smoothly. If you are looking for Ken, he can usually be found working alongside the crew. His commitment to the company is unmatched and he is always willing to go the extra mile. Ken has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Commercial Drying Specialist.

Kelly is the Construction Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana. She joined the team in April 2021. Prior to SERVPRO, Kelly has had several years of experience in customer service and office administration. Her favorite part of SERVPRO is the opportunity to work with an amazing team and be able to assist our customers in their time of need. When Kelly is not working, she enjoys her time with her family.

Taylor is our Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana and has been a part of this franchise for 4 years. He is available 24 hours a day for any emergency service we provide. His efficiency at SERVPRO and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer has made him an integral leader within this company. Taylor has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Travis is also a Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana and has been with the franchise for 4 years. He was initially hired on as a production technician in April of 2017, promoted a year later to Production Manager Assistant, and in November he was promoted once again to Production Manager alongside Taylor. Travis has proven his responsibility, dedication, and hard work to this company from the start, resulting in his rapid climb here at SERVPRO. He is available 24 hours a day for any emergency service we provide. His commitment to our customers is what helps us strive to always put forth our best effort on any job. Travis has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Damon is our Assistant Production Manager here at SERVPRO. He has serviced the Champaign/Urbana area with SERVPRO for 14 years and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration. Damon is a responsible and reliable employee, willing to go above and beyond for any customer.

Erich Scheeler has done fantastic work for SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana in the past 4 years since he started. He is professionally skilled in all facets of construction such as installing drywall, painting, hanging cabinets and lighting. Erich is a strong believer in making every job look "Like it never even happened."

Drew Purvis has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IIRCR): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician.

Kisica is devoted to serving her community. She started with us in 2009 and has worked hard to take care of all of our customers in their time in need.

Gale is our Human Resource manager and Accountant. She has been devoted to our company and community since 1997.
