The SERVPRO team helped me with cleaning up my water damage at my property.  Nghia is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.  A team of 3 came and provided a free estimate, documented the damages step by step, and helped me and informed me every step of the way.  I would highly recommend SERVPRO to my friends and family.

SERVPRO came out quickly, turned around a bid, and completed work, all within 1 week!  The guys who came to my home were extremely professional and efficient.

I had a water leak from my toilet and SERVPRO of San Ramon was able to come immediately and take care of it.

My experience with SERVPRO of San Ramon, after the New Year’s Eve flood at my San Ramon condo, has been wonderful. They were extremely responsive even though it was a holiday weekend.They deployed drying equipment ASAP. They explained the flood mitigation and restoration process and kept me informed during the entire engagement.

Everyone I have dealt with at SERVPRO San Ramon has been courteous, responsive, and informative. However, Myra Ruiz (water damage inspector) and Tunde ( project manager) in particular provided exceptional customer service and were extremely patient with me throughout this stressful event.
