Meet Our Team

Jon Ferguson is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Boyd, Carter, Greenup & Lewis Counties and SERVPRO of Huntington. He has been with our company for eight (8) years and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Commercial Drying Specialist.

Natalie Knore is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Boyd, Carter, Greenup & Lewis Counties and SERVPRO of Huntington. She has been with our company for eight (8) years and has the following certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration.

Angie has been the Estimator for our franchise for the last 6 years after working for State Farm for 27 years. Angie's certifications include IICRC & WDR, when she isn't hard at work for SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, doing yard work and attending church.

Deb is our super efficient Job File Coordinator who has 4 years experience with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington. Her past work experience includes a manager at a discount store for 15 years and a manager at a pet store for 10 years. When she has time she enjoys traveling, reading and puzzles.

Johnathan has been a Production Manager with SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington for 6 years after working 12 years as a commercial cleaning professional. He has a long list of certifications including WRT, ASD, AMRT & FRST. In his leisure time he enjoys Dungeons & Dragons along with medieval combat reenactment.

JB joined SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington as a Production Manager after serving as a Supervisor for BlueSky, he was also a Union Carpenter for 20 years. He has a long list of certifications to include WRT, ASD, AMRT w/IICRC, OSHA Mold, HUD Lead Inspector and Asbestos Abatement Tech. When he isn't working he's a rock hound and enjoys making jewelry.

Eddie is our Reconstruction Manager who has an extensive 36 years in the restoration field. He's only been with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington for a year but he spent 10 years at another franchise. Eddie enjoys traveling and experiencing different things in life.

Kent has been the Sales Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington for 2 years after a variety of marketing roles in the grocery and OTC drug industry for 40 years. When he isn't working he enjoys riding bicycles, tinkering with his bike collection, DIY projects at home and relaxing with his wife and their multiple pets.

After a career that included teaching and being an athletic director Kevin joined SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington 2 years ago as a Marketing Representative. His certifications include CPR, first aid and AED Instructor, in his spare time he enjoys sports, hunting & working out.

Zach is a Mitigation Crew Chief with 3 years experience with our franchise. His previous job experience was in the retail sales area. When he has free time he enjoys video games and spending time with his young family.

Peyton is a Mitigation Crew Chief with 2 years experience at SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington. He has a WRT Certificate and has previous experience in the construction industry. When Peyton isn't working he enjoys video games and cars.

Aaron brings 10 years of experience in mitigation to SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington as a Mitigation Crew Chief. He has certifications in IICRC Water and carpet cleaning. On his days off he enjoys spending time with his kids and sports.

Aaron began his career with SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington as a technician, he is now a Mitigation Crew Chief with 5 years experience. Aaron is involved with many activities to make our community a better place on his days off.

Charles is a Construction Technician who's been with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington but he's no stranger to hard work after working in the asphalt business for years. When he isn't working he likes to go fishing and spend time with his family.

Billy is a Construction Technician who has 10 years experience at various SERVPRO franchises, before that he was self employed. When not at work he enjoys times with his kids and watching football.

Jerry is a Construction Technician who brings his experience as a trim carpenter to SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington. He's been with us for a year and a half, when not hard at work he enjoys his family and church.

Donald is a Construction Technician who's been with SERVPRO for 7 years. He's an expert carpenter with experience hanging dry wall, installing doors and floors and more. When he has spare time he enjoys riding his side by side and spending quality time with his family.

An experienced Construction Technician who has spent 8 years with SERVPRO franchises in our area. Don simply likes to enjoy life when he isn't working.

With a life time of construction experience Tony has been an outstanding addition to our crew as a Construction Technician. He's spent 15 years working at various SERVPRO franchises and when time allows he likes to rest up and watch TV.

Greg is a Construction Technician who has invested 8 years of his career working for a couple different SERVPRO franchises. He specializes in sheetrock & painting and enjoys fishing, hunting and his family whenever he can.

Chance has only been with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington as a Construction Technician for 5 months but he has 15 years of experience in the construction trades. He has certifications in electrical, hazardous waste removal and asbestos abatement. Chance spends free time playing music.

ames is a new hire as a Construction Technician with 5 years previous experience in the construction trades. He spends his free time with his family & friends and playing golf.

Andy is a Construction Technician who has worked 4.5 years with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington but he has many years experience in the construction trades. When he can get outside he enjoys fishing & hunting.

Jaidyn is a Mitigation Technician who has been with SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington for 6 months but brings 6 years of trim carpentry experience to our franchise. Taking care of his family is his favorite pass time.

Logan is a new Mitigation Technician who joined SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington only 6 moths ago but his enthusiasm makes up for his lack of experience. When he gets a chance he heads outdoors to go fishing or hunting.

Lupe is a Mitigation Technician with 5 years experience, he especially enjoys the demo side of his job. He enjoys spending time with his family whenever he can.

Eddie Jr. has been with SERVPRO Ashland/Huntington for 7 months as a Mitigation Technician following in his fathers footsteps. His previous work experience was in the asphalt business and when he's not working he like to hang out with his friends and take in sporting events.

For the last 2 years Sam has worked for SERVPRO of Ashland/Huntington as a Mitigation Technician, his previous work involved industrial cleaning. When Sam isn't at work he enjoys hunting, fishing and just being in the great outdoors.

Tino has been a Mitigation Technician for 5 year with SERVPSO of Ashland/Huntington and enjoys all aspects of his work. Tino enjoys spending time with his family when he gets a chance.
