Cody was the one in charge of my water damages done by the upstairs unit negligence. This was such a difficult time having my Tenant leave due to upstairs unit water negligence. Cody was so professional, so caring and always answered my calls and question and Texts with such a kind, professional and gentle approach. I highly recommend SERVPRO and if you have the luxury and opportunity to work with Cody he is the BEST. Though this was a horrible terrible experience with never ending water issues and damages. Emilio and his team removed the attic insulation and several sections of drywall in multiple rooms due to water damage. After "demolition" they left our house cleaner than they found it. The crew worked in a 100 degree attic with very little space and they didn't complain. Very impressed with all the people that SERVPRO sent to work on our house. They put down tarps and covered the carpet on the stairs as well as vacuuming everything when they were done. Israel was also very helpful when he checked on the equipment and even covered up some ceilings so we could use our rooms. The staff at the office was great helping coordinate the demolition. A special shout out to Jenn!
