Steve and Gavin from SERVPRO made a great experience out of a disaster. From the moment I called and told them about the flooding, to getting to the house quickly and knowing exactly what to do... Great expertise, but more importantly, they are company that cares about their customers. Their lead saved my brand new kitchen, I just remodeled in my rental property I own from from a water damage caused by a plumbing problem under the sink. I was concerned they would have to tear out the brand new cabinets and quartz counter tops we had just installed. But they were able to dry all out with specialized equipment and get the tenant back to their life's withing a few days. I called SERVPRO Of Redmond on a weekend early morning for an emergency service call but the call went to voicemail. Within a few minutes I received a call back from Steve to understand the situation. He explained to me the complete process in details over the phone without rushing and he was able to calm me down at the time. he was very helpful in providing me guidance and most importantly he was trying to help effectively even though work was yet to be assigned. At the end we couldn't work due to some other reasons but if it would have on me then I would prefer to work with this company without a doubt. Also when I told him that we won't be able to work, he was still genuinely trying to help and provide me information, that's a rare quality now a days. Steve Alling and his cleanup crew were nominated by our insurance company when we recently flooded our kitchen and parts of the basement below. They were on site within a couple hours and had their equipment in place drying the place out within another hour. Now we're all dried out and based on the professionalism and care that Steve extended to us, we have hired his crew to also manage the installation of the new cabinets and countertops that it was just time to do now.
