SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe

Alex B is amazing! His patience and professionalism with my grandparents' difficult demo and restoration has been so helpful during such a stressful time. Highly recommend! Thanks Alex!

Came home in Seattle on a Sunday after 4 days gone to water running out our ceiling lights into our basement. I called Tessa Long who I recalled she worked with them. Within minutes I was connected to dispatch up north who assured me they would have someone there within 2 hours on a Sunday. Tessa made sure we had the water off. They were there in short order set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. Tessa came Monday to visit the site and spoke to our insurance adjuster which assured them we were doing it right. Thomas the project manager stepped in. They did the demo and the full rebuild and liaised with insurance adjuster which assured the 3 month rebuild. What impressed us—incredibly rapid response; thoroughness; (Tessa)site visit and assuring insurance we were doing the right thing; laying down floor protection for non affected areas; cleanup every single day and perfect rebuild! Thomas covered all of this! I would only recommend Servpro for any unfortunate need for mitigation and repair. One call was all it took.

Alex, Andrew and Kanen ServProhave been fabulous in their response to the flooding of our home in Seattle. They responded with speed and professionalism in the evening hours when it happened and stayed until the early AM - over and above - to do the initial dry out. Thank you so much. Also wanted to give a shout out to Matt who has been incredible in this process as well. Thank you so much. - Nan Leaman

Alex Smith came out immediately after my water lines blew and got things taken care of. Very very friendly and compassionate. My daughter and husband had just died and I didn't want to move anything in my daughter's room. He came up with a plan to get things fixed without moving anything from how she left it, and talked to the other people in the company to make sure everyone was on board and knew not to as well. I felt very comfortable with him being in my house without me, very trustworthy guy. He also made sure he was going to be there for the whole project. Thank you Alex!

Fast response and quick service. Took care of some mold removal within a week of being contacted. Hopefully never have to call them again, but a good company to use if needed.

Caleb and partner were a gem to work with. We were able to laugh while working compatibly. The office crew were great in working out any kinks that came along. Thank you for all you hard work, it made our life easier.

Jacob S. and Devon know how to do it right. They made us feel comfortable and secure in their ability to perform the work being done. They were very friendly and punctual and explained their discoveries down to every detail. They even took the time to explain how the process works mechanically. I will be referring them and servpro to anyone who is in need of their many services. Absolute homerun.

I came from a nice day out enjoying the sunshine on a nice Sunday late afternoon, as I walked into the house from the garage I was met with water on the floor of my laundry room. I started to investigate a little more and found that not only the laundry room, but the kitchen, pantry, living room and a small bathroom connected had about 1-2 inches of water on the floor. I immediately found the leak, which was a InstaHot which was installed in the house 20 years ago. The filter was leaking heavily. I was able to shut it off to stop the water leak and then contacted my insurance company. They recommended ServPro to me, so I contracted them to come and help. Boy, am I thankful for that call. It is a Sunday night, and this team from the Everett/Lake Stevens/Monroe group came to my house at 8:30PM, when I called at 6:00, so a 2.5 hour response time. Unbelievable! Holy smokes, these guys are ROCKSTARS, they quickly started dealing with the water, in all of the affected rooms and under the house where they needed to cut down the insulation to get the water out. Over the course of the next week with the fans and dehumidifiers running 24x7, the house is now dry and pretty much stripped down and ready for the rebuild, which I am going to let ServPro handle for me. Still in AWE of the work completed by these folks and how quickly they came and took care of me. A big shoutout to Mel C, Jacob S, Alex S and Jacob D, for their amazing service, communication and for a job that was done above (way above) expectations. You guys have a customer for life and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all of my friends and family I am hoping the rebuild goes as well as the mitigation did. If so, I will be a very, very happy customer. They are going to make it look like it never happened, which is going to be great. Thank you ServPro of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe, you guys are the best! John S Monroe, WA
