Susan is our Operations Director, she has been with the SERVPRO brand for 18 years and brings extensive experience to her role. She holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. Dedicated to her work, she takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses. Outside of SERVPRO, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and their two children, Katlynn and Konner. In her free time, she can often be found in the garage working on classic cars or in the woods enjoying her passion for hunting.

Deyaneira "Dee" Velazquez is our Human Resources Manager and has been proudly supporting Team Warnecki since 2024. She is passionate about this team and is grateful to be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Alexis is our wonderful Construction Division Manager! Alexis graduated from The University of Mary Washington in 2019 with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Business Spanish. While at UMW, she played soccer at a highly competitive level, where she honed her cooperative spirit and perseverance. When she’s not at work helping our construction process run smoothly, she still enjoys playing soccer in the local adult league and cooking for family and friends.

Steven Adams is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO, bringing 11 years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds an IICRC certification in water mitigation and works closely with clients to help them prepare for and minimize potential emergencies. When he’s not responding to urgent situations, Steven takes pride in providing guidance and support to those in need, making his work both meaningful and rewarding. A proud United States Navy veteran, he is even prouder of his role as a father of two.
