In 2018 the franchise was acquired by Bill and Jennifer Warnecki. After nearly 30 years in the commercial cleaning Industry, Bill made the move to restoration. He brings a wealth of knowledge not only operationally, but in talent acquisition. Jennifer spent the past 15 years as a commercial property manager overseeing large portfolios and high security buildings. That experience gave her the necessary credentials to lead our reconstruction component. Together they have a tremendous amount of experience not only in human resources, but also in operational processes. The core team has worked together for more than 5 years and have built a culture of delivering exemplary service to our customers. The five star experience is successful through focusing on supporting and elevating our employees at every opportunity.

Our leadership team and production crews have obtained and maintain updated IICRC WRT/ASD certifications and continue to acquire the necessary course training, to ensure that our team meets all standards as trained SERVPRO® professional restorers. SERVPRO® of Alexandria’s mission is to assist our customers by finding the most efficient method to complete the restoration.
