Scott is the Owner of SERVPRO of Utah County and Downtown Salt Lake. With a lifetime of experience in the restoration industry, Scott brings not only deep knowledge but also a genuine passion for helping people recover after disaster strikes. He has a unique talent for using the science behind restoration to develop effective, efficient project strategies always with the customer’s needs in mind.

Scott holds a wide range of certifications, including IICRC WRT, ASD, CDS, AMRT, FSRT, and ODT, along with specialized training in lead safety, biohazard cleanup (ABRA), subrogation, and duct cleaning. His leadership, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence are at the heart of everything SERVPRO stands for.

Ryan Sobieski is a commercial/residential Project Manager at SERVPRO. He brings several years of industry experience and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist), and TCST (Trauma and Crime Scene Technician). Ryan is known for his attention to detail, leadership on complex jobs, and commitment to making sure each project is completed efficiently and professionally.

Shyloh is the Content, Cleaning, and Fire Project Manager at SERVPRO of Utah County & Downtown Salt Lake. She has over 10 years of experience in the restoration and commercial cleaning industry. Shyloh is the friendliest person you may ever meet and brings warmth and professionalism to every job. She holds IICRC certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), TCST (Trauma and Crime Scene Technician), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician), and OCT (Odor Control Technician), as well as ABRA (American Bio Recovery Association). Shyloh leads our fire projects with compassion and precision, ensuring each customer feels supported throughout the recovery process.

Sam Webb is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. He plays a key role in leading day-to-day restoration projects and ensuring each job is completed with precision and care. With IICRC certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), Sam brings strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every job site. He’s known for being reliable, hard-working, and great with customers, always making sure the work gets done right the first time.

John Johnson is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. Known for his friendly personality. He brings strong leadership and technical expertise to every job site, holding IICRC certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), and TCST (Trauma and Crime Scene Technician). Whether he’s leading a team or working directly with homeowners, John’s professionalism and positive attitude make a big difference.

Meet Sarah, our Senior Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO since 2015! But she's more than just a title, she's the heart of our team. Sarah's not just a coworker; she's a friend to all, spreading positivity and warmth wherever she goes. Outside the office, She enjoys quality time with her husband and hosts epic Harry Potter-themed parties for her children and grandchildren, bringing magic into their lives. Sarah's dedication and excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team. We appreciate her for the outstanding work she does, the joy she brings, and the remarkable person she is!

Lacie is SERVPRO's Marketing Director. She leads our marketing efforts with creativity, strategy, and a strong commitment to connecting with the community. Lacie manages a team of marketing representatives and works closely with them to strengthen relationships and grow our brand presence. From participating in local events to partnering with businesses and first responders, she is passionate about making a positive impact. She also holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), bringing additional expertise to our team. Her leadership and genuine approach make her an essential part of our organization.

Our Marketing Team – Jayden, Dustin, and Ryan

Our SERVPRO marketing team is the bridge between our services and the community we serve. Covering all of Utah County and Downtown Salt Lake, the team works tirelessly to maintain and grow relationships with insurance agents, property managers, facility managers, adjusters, and other key partners.

Dustin and Ryan both hold IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) certifications, giving them hands-on knowledge of the restoration process to better support our clients. Together with Jayden, they focus on building trust, providing resources, and being the first call when disaster strikes. Their combined experience and dedication make them an essential part of how SERVPRO connects with and supports the community.

Val West is the Chief Financial Officer. She’s been a vital part of SERVPRO since 1997, serving as the financial backbone of the company and working hand-in-hand with owner Ashley Hamann to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Beyond managing finances, Val also handles human resources, always focused on supporting the team and fostering a positive workplace. Her careful attention to detail and people-first approach make her an invaluable member of the SERVPRO family.

Eryn Cassidy is the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO. She plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing job files, handling collections, maintaining subcontractor documentation, and assisting with reception duties. She holds an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, bringing industry knowledge and technical expertise to her role. Eryn’s attention to detail, organization, and friendly communication make her a key part of both our office workflow and customer experience.

Nicole is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Utah County and Downtown Salt Lake. She’s a key part of our team, ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Nicole coordinates incoming jobs, schedules the crew, works closely with project managers, and oversees subcontractor involvement. She holds an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, bringing technical expertise alongside her strong organizational skills. Her ability to stay organized under pressure and keep everything moving behind the scenes makes her an essential force in our day-to-day operations.
