As the leader of a woman-owned business, Natalie takes pride in creating a healthy, supportive workplace while fostering growth and development within the restoration industry.

She is dedicated to ensuring her team delivers high-quality restoration services and is passionate about being an active part of the community, striving to make a positive impact in Austin and beyond. Natalie’s extensive experience and commitment to leadership, professionalism, and community engagement make her a trusted and respected figure in the industry.

Ben Highsmith is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SERVPRO ONEFORCE and a seasoned restoration professional with over 20 years of experience in water, fire, flood, and mold damage restoration. Ben’s restoration journey began in 2006 as a single-license startup in his home garage, and over six years, he grew the business into a multi-unit, full-service operation.

Ben is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and a licensed mold remediator, bringing technical expertise and hands-on experience to every project. Throughout his career, he has earned the Large Loss Designation for his contributions to the early success of commercial large loss services and has led teams responding to major floods, fires, and natural disasters across the country.

Under his leadership, he has overseen operations with hundreds of employees, fostering a culture of professionalism, reliability, and high-quality restoration services. Ben’s extensive experience, certification, and dedication make him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex water, fire, flood, and mold restoration challenges.

Rachel Talbot is the Director of Client Experience at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she has led the Client Experience team since joining the company in 2022. A Texas State University graduate, Rachel brings a strong foundation in leadership and communication to her role.

She works directly with clients to deliver high-quality water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation services. With a focus on providing turnkey restoration solutions for both commercial and residential properties, Rachel is dedicated to ensuring every client receives prompt, professional, and compassionate support throughout the recovery process.

She is equally passionate about developing her team—cultivating a culture of growth, accountability, and long-term success within SERVPRO ONEFORCE.

Cameron Treme is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, bringing a strong background in architecture and commercial construction to the restoration industry. With four years of restoration experience and a decade managing large-scale construction projects, Cameron combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure both clients and teams receive exceptional support.

He has successfully overseen the construction of schools, condominiums, mid-rises, and government buildings, specializing in design-build projects, and applies this experience to guide restoration projects efficiently and effectively. Cameron is dedicated to delivering turnkey restoration solutions, helping clients navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.

A Master of Architecture graduate, Cameron brings vision, precision, and a solutions-focused approach to every project, fostering long-term success for both his team and the clients SERVPRO ONEFORCE serves.

Carlos Gonzales is the Director of Mitigation Services at SERVPRO ONEFORCE in the Austin market, where he has spent 13 years with the company and currently leads the Mitigation Department. He works alongside a dedicated team helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage.

Carlos finds some of the most rewarding parts of his role in developing people, building strong teams, and continuously improving the service SERVPRO ONEFORCE provides to customers.

Outside of work, Carlos's greatest joy is spending time with his family. He and his wife are proud parents to three daughters. He also enjoys golfing whenever he can and spending weekends watching sports.

Carl Camplen is the Vice President of SERVPRO ONEFORCE's Dallas market. Carl joined the team in December 2025 after spending 13 years as a Franchise Business Consultant for SERVPRO Headquarters, where he developed extensive expertise in business operations, strategic growth, and franchise development.

Carl ensures that every project, from residential water losses to large-scale commercial restoration, is handled with professionalism and urgency. He is committed to elevating the customer experience and supporting teams in delivering the quality and consistency that define the SERVPRO brand. Since stepping into his role, he has focused on strengthening operations and building strong, capable teams across the Dallas market, ensuring the same standard of service extends to every market ONEFORCE serves.

Carl brings a calm, solutions-driven approach that keeps projects moving and clients confident.

Amaris Carbajal is a Client Experience Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she guides clients through the restoration process to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. With a background in customer relations and service, Amaris is passionate about helping people navigate challenging situations while delivering compassionate, professional support.

She works directly with clients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance at every step, building strong, lasting relationships and earning trust for any emergency restoration need. Amaris takes pride in being part of a team that delivers turnkey restoration solutions, restoring homes and businesses quickly and effectively.

Based in Austin, Amaris enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and exploring with her two dogs. She brings dedication, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset to both her work and everyday life.

Jasmin Leogue is a Client Experience Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, bringing her background in marketing and customer relations to the restoration industry since 2021. She combines her expertise and attention to detail to help clients navigate challenges such as fire damage restoration, water mitigation, and mold remediation with confidence and care.

Jasmin is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. She takes pride in being part of a team that delivers turnkey restoration solutions—restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition quickly and professionally.

A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Jasmin enjoys bringing creativity and curiosity to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves exploring with her three dogs and tackling new creative projects.

Tama'ra Terrell is a Client Experience Manager in the San Antonio market at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she brings a strong foundation in sales and account management to building lasting relationships with clients across the region. Prior to joining SERVPRO ONEFORCE, Tama'ra spent her career in software and printer sales, developing a client-first approach rooted in trust, responsiveness, and clear communication.

Tama'ra works closely with clients throughout the San Antonio market to understand their needs, provide guidance through the restoration process, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience from first contact through project completion. Her background in account management gives her a natural ability to build rapport quickly and advocate for clients at every step.

A self-described social butterfly, Tama'ra thrives on connecting with people and bringing energy to every relationship she builds. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor festivals and considers herself an enthusiastic home chef. Raised as a military brat between Kaiserslautern, Germany, and the DMV area, she brings an adaptable, people-first perspective shaped by a lifetime of building community wherever she's been.

Ambrose Garcia began his career in the restoration industry in 2015 after serving full-time in Fire and EMS. He currently serves as Director of Restoration for SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where he has led the Mold Remediation and Construction divisions since early 2025. With more than a decade of experience, he specializes in water, fire, mold, environmental, and reconstruction services for residential, commercial, and large-loss projects.

Ambrose is a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor and holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT). His emergency services background gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to lead projects with urgency, technical expertise, and compassion.

In addition to his restoration career, Ambrose proudly serves as Assistant Fire Chief of McMahan Fire & Rescue, a volunteer department serving Caldwell County, Texas. His leadership in both the restoration industry and the fire service reflects a lifelong commitment to protecting people, property, and the communities he serves. He is passionate about mentoring restoration professionals, advancing industry standards, and helping clients recover with confidence during their most challenging times.

Anthony Pina is the General Manager for the San Antonio market at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the restoration industry to his leadership role. He began his career in restoration in 2013 as a Monitoring Technician and joined SERVPRO in 2020, bringing years of industry experience with him.

That firsthand experience shapes how Anthony leads today. He oversees operations across the San Antonio market, working closely with his team to ensure clients receive prompt, professional service from the moment they call for help. His path from technician to General Manager gives him a unique perspective on every stage of the restoration process, and a genuine appreciation for the work his team does every day.

Outside of work, Anthony shares his life with his wife and their three boys. He and his family keep a lively household of animals, including ponies, chickens, pigs, ducks, and turtles. His commitment to family and community reflects the same dedication he brings to leading his team at SERVPRO ONEFORCE.

Mike Kearney is a Client Experience Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, specializing in commercial large loss restoration services throughout the Dallas market. With more than 35 years of experience in Dallas, Mike brings deep local knowledge and hands-on experience to every project, including a background owning a remodeling company and serving as Operations Director for a major North Dallas event venue.

Mike focuses on guiding clients through large-scale fire damage restoration, water damage mitigation, and mold remediation projects, working closely with property owners, facility managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and exceptional outcomes. His commitment to disaster response runs deep: he worked for the State of Texas during Hurricane Katrina, where his efforts placing seniors in safe housing were recognized by the governors of both Louisiana and Texas, and he later supported recovery work during Hurricane Harvey in Houston.

Mike is passionate about supporting the Dallas business community and delivering restoration solutions that help clients return to normal operations as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Lorna Horton is the SLED and Priority Account Manager at SERVPRO ONEFORCE, where she specializes in developing strategic partnerships with state and local government agencies, educational institutions, and priority accounts across the Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio markets. A graduate of Texas State University, Lorna brings a strong background in business development, relationship management, and strategic growth to her role.

She works closely with public sector organizations to identify their restoration needs, navigate procurement opportunities, and establish proactive emergency response solutions before disasters occur. Through contract development, partnership building, and collaboration with key stakeholders, Lorna helps agencies, schools, and organizations prepare for and respond to water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, storm recovery, and other emergency events. She is passionate about creating long-term partnerships that provide communities with reliable resources and trusted restoration support when they need it most.

Based in Texas, Lorna is dedicated to strengthening connections between SERVPRO ONEFORCE and the organizations that serve their communities. She brings a relationship-driven approach, commitment to service, and solutions-focused mindset to every partnership she develops.
