We are very, very happy with the service provided to us. First of all, Anthony and Alicia arrived to our house extremely fast and started working immediately, explained the situationand procedure and made us feel way less stressed. The rest of the team was as amazing, Christian was always available to answer our questions, Michelle was super hardworking and precise with her job, Jasmine was so careful and organized packing our stuff, we are so thankful. RJ was incredibly nice, hardworking and polite, also fast to find answers for us and Rafi was a great help, specially on moving our stuff carefully. We had a small fire at Journey Fellowship Church and Servpro came in that night and started the water removal. They worked diligently for several days to remove all the damaged drywall, ceilings, and flooring while working with our insurance company. They cleaned all the floors, walls and ductwork.
