Would 10/10 recommend! Russell came out within 1 hour of calling for help mitigating the water damage from our house flooding. He was prompt and very friendly throughout. With his help, we dried out all of our floors and ceilings and were able to avoid any mold growth. He got us hooked up with drying mats, fans, and dehumidifiers and had them running until the job was done. He helped for 6 days straight and timed his visits around our schedule. Could not recommend enough!

We live in a pier and beam house in East Dallas and had a hot water pipe break under the house causing a lot of water and humidity damage. Although the insurance company was a nightmare, ServPro was amazing from the workers that came daily to the managers to the administrators helping handle the insurance claim.
