I've had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and i'm amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out. My condo building experienced a major water leak that took out my entire hallway. SERVPRO came in the middle of the night on a weekend to start surveying the damage. They quickly started setting up fans in the hallway and in individual units to minimize the damage. Sean and Garrett came back every day to monitor and measure moisture in my walls and floor and kept me updated on the progress. I’ve never had something like this happen before so I wasn’t sure how the process would work. They also sent over Alex and a project manager that will oversee the insurance aspect and the rebuild. I am not originally from Dallas, and do not know any local contractors so it was helpful that this company handles everything from the cleanup to the repair. Its definitely something I wish I wasn’t dealing with, but they have made things pretty seamless so far.
