We had a small kitchen fire and put it out with water.  Had no idea what to do with the entire house smelling like smoke plus a partially flooded kitchen.  This SERVPRO office was the fastest one in Dallas to pick up the phone and come out.  Lori was so nice and understanding.  Thanks so much to the team that came out and got to work right away and knew exactly what to do.  Our new puppy was very nervous with the noise of the machines and equipment but the guys did a great job with her.  During the cleaning we also found mold behind the refrigerator to boot!  Everything was taken care of and now we start the bit of constriction work we need to finish.  Their manager bill is already doing a great job walking us through it.  Thanks to everyone that guided us with insurance and all the paperwork.  You are a great team!
