I'm head of maintenance at a complex in the Cedars. We had a drain that backed up from outside one of our units. SERVPRO was there very quickly to take care of things. We had another unit while they were there that wanted us to look at an issue. SERVPRO came along to check it out and helped us identify where the leak was coming from and then get things dried out.
