We called ServPro Cypress on July 3 at 11:00 pm after a small house fire. Melvin and crewmate was there until 4am. We were lined up with Melvin, Gerson, Jose, Alma, Mirna and a couple temps. They were all very professional and did a great job. We are now waiting for ServPro reconstruction to begin with a different crew.
We had an unexpected water heater leak, and the crew at Servpro ( Gerson, Ender L. and Ender S.) was outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly, were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The team explained everything they were doing, treated our home with care, and worked efficiently to minimize the damage. They were thorough with the cleanup and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
