A remodel starts with a plan and a budget you chose. A restoration rebuild starts with a scope written against what was destroyed, agreed with a carrier, and constrained by what the policy covers. The work is defined by returning the property to its prior condition, not by what you would build today.

That makes matching the whole job. In homes built along 1960 and through Champions in the seventies and eighties, the original cabinetry, trim profiles, tile, and flooring are frequently out of production. Matching them takes sourcing rather than ordering, and a rebuild that visibly does not match reads as a repair permanently. This is also where a rebuild done by someone who was not present for the mitigation goes sideways, because they never saw what was behind the drywall.

SERVPRO of Champions/1960 is part of SERVPRO Team Wilson. The Wilson family entered the SERVPRO system in 1999, and Benji and Brady Wilson have served as Operating General Managers since 2007, growing the group across Texas and Alabama on repeat business and referral rather than advertising alone.

This franchise covers unusual ground. The Champions and FM 1960 side is established Houston suburbia, built largely in the seventies and eighties, with mature trees, aging infrastructure, and neighborhoods where families have stayed for decades. Waller County is something else entirely: acreage, septic systems, private wells, barns and outbuildings, and drive times that make response planning a real part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Serving both well means carrying equipment and expertise for both. A slab leak in a fifty year old Champions Forest home and a well contamination event on a Waller County property are not the same call, and we do not treat them the same way.
