We hired SERVPRO to do a full, and intensive Duct/HVAC Cleaning at our facility. The employee's were on time each day and worked steadily to get the job done. What was especially impressive was that every employee had a specific job, and every employee did their job to the best of their ability. No one sat around, and if their particular part of the job was complete, they helped the others. Each day when they arrived, the lead person explained exactly what they were going to do that day, and answered any questions that we had. At the end of the day, he gave us an update on how everything went that day. They were all very professional, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They came, they did the job they were hired to do (a very extensive job at that), they cleaned up, and they left. You would never even know they were here, except for the fact that they left each area of the facility in which they worked, much cleaner than when the arrived. Your crew did a fantastic job cleaning the mess left when the sewer overflowed in our house. They quickly got in, ripped up the wet carpet, pulled off the baseboards, and cleaned up the whole horrible mess. They explained to us in detail what they were doing and came to check on the progress of their fans regularly. The team was very friendly and kind to us.
