Jason is certified by the IICRC as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and a Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).

Ignacio, known by his nickname “Nacho,” is a Restoration Supervisor in training at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. With three years of experience at SERVPRO, he continues to grow his skills in the restoration industry. Ignacio is certified by the IICRC as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

Lauren serves as the Restoration Supervisor of Contents at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. With three years of experience at SERVPRO, she specializes in contents restoration and care. Lauren is certified by the IICRC as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and a Contents Processing Technician (CPT).

David serves as the Shop and Equipment Supervisor at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. In his six months with SERVPRO, he has taken on a vital role in maintaining the property grounds, managing equipment and vehicle upkeep, and keeping the shop running efficiently. David also supports the team in the field by assisting on jobs whenever needed.

Ryan serves as a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. In his six months with SERVPRO, he has been actively developing his skills in the restoration field. Ryan is currently working toward earning his IICRC certification as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

Andrew serves as a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. In his eight months with SERVPRO, he has been building his skills and experience in the restoration industry. Andrew is currently working toward earning his IICRC certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and a Contents Processing Technician (CPT).

Reed serves as the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. With three years at SERVPRO and a lifetime of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Reed has also proudly served nearly 20 years in the United States Army, rising from the enlisted ranks to become an officer. We thank him for his dedicated service.

Destiny serves as the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Bastrop, Fayette County. With 14 years of administrative experience and two years at SERVPRO, she plays a vital role in keeping restoration projects organized and on track. Destiny manages job documentation, coordinates communication between customers, insurance companies, and field teams, and ensures all files are accurate and complete.

Morgan serves as the Construction Coordinator at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. With six years of administrative experience and nearly a year at SERVPRO, she plays a key role in supporting construction projects from start to finish. Morgan coordinates schedules, manages project documentation, and communicates with customers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Brandon Paine serves as the General Manager at SERVPRO of Bastrop and Fayette County. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he is responsible for guiding overall operations, supporting team development, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Brandon also served eight years as an enlisted member of the United States Marine Corps, a background that reflects a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
