I had an unexpected hot water heater disaster that flooded my home. Servpro came out right away on a weekend to start mitigating the damage. Jimmy and Johnny were the consummate professionals, guiding me through every step of the process, keeping me updated on what was going on and handled my insurance coordination. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend using ServPro.

About Us

SERVPRO of Allen is one of the franchises within SERVPRO Team Wilson, a group the Wilson family started developing in 1999. Benji and Brady Wilson took the role of Operating General Managers in 2007 and have grown the organization across Texas and Alabama since then, building on customers who return and customers who refer.

SERVPRO of Allen understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business. Our goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."

SERVPRO of Allen specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage. SERVPRO of Allen can also mitigate mold and mildew from your home or business.

North Texas runs on a predictable calendar. Hard freezes split plumbing in January. Hail season arrives in spring. Our staffing and equipment planning follows that rhythm rather than reacting to it.

Every technician here trains in property damage restoration, starting with SERVPRO's corporate training program and continuing through IICRC-industry certification. When a loss outgrows what one location can staff, sister franchises within Team Wilson supply crews and equipment, which is how regional freeze and hail events get handled without a backlog.

Backed by a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for SERVPRO of Allen. If you would like to schedule service for your home or business, please call today!

Serving you since 1967, SERVPRO is the cleaning and restoration brand you know and trust.
