Meet Our Team

Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Chattanooga. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL, and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They are happily married since 2005 and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.

Kate Dykes joined Team Cuthbertson in June 2022 as a Marketing Support Coordinator and has since then played many roles such as Digital Marketing Manager and now her current role as Director of Administration. She is not only knowledgeable about all things Digital Marketing but she is also learning the ropes of all things administrative when it comes to SERVPRO.

John-Paul joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. He attended the University of Southern California for a BA in Chemistry, The Open University for his MBA in Business Administration and Management, and National University for his PhD in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. He has been a great addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.

Tom Walker has recently joined our team in October 2024 as our Director of Construction. He attended Belmont University to gain a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Tom was previously a construction specialist at SERVPRO headquarters before joining our team. We’ve been loving the ideas that he’s brought to the team already, and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for him.

Craig is the General Manager at our Knoxville Office and has been with SERVPRO for 11 years! Craig has been with us for our franchises' growth and has stepped up in every position needed. Craig attended Tennessee Technical University with a degree in Health Sciences.

Ben Barker is our Restoration Operations Manager at SERVPRO of North Knoxville. He has been with us since July of 2020. Ben previously owned and operated a mitigation company and has spent time in the insurance adjusting industry. Ben says the best part about working for SERVPRO is the sense of knowing that what we do is helping people in a time of need. He takes pride and ownership in developing our team in a way that they can achieve personal growth, and an expanded knowledge of the mitigation industry, all while working together to expand the level of service that SERVPRO can provide our community in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, and our neighboring areas.
