I had water damage from my refrigerator and Servpro was here immediately to dry the floors and crawl space out. The four staff I had here was wonderful, answering all my questions and keeping me informed of everything. Great Job Josh S., Noah., Josh J., and Lonnie they were awesome.

Josh S. and William showed earlier than expected and explained what they were doing. They were very meticulous in both setup and clean up. The closet looks perfect and smells great! Thank you both so much for the help. Phil who showed up for our estimate was very thorough and checked the rooms around which showed more places for treatment I was not aware of. Very happy with the experience all around and would recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful to the ServPro of Lafayette (Tennessee) team who reacted immediately after a sewage overflow in one of my buildings in Gainesboro, Tenn. Due to a major obstruction in the wastewater line leaving the building, raw sewage oozed out all over the floor of my tenant’s first-floor dress shop on a Monday afternoon. Before the day was over, supervisor Phil had assessed the scope of the cleanup challenge while the town waterworks folks eliminated the obstruction to prevent more back-flows; and by the following morning ServPro teammembers Josh and Noah went hard at it to clean & dry the shop. On Wednesday, all three ServPro members did their due-diligence check-in at the shop; retrieved their dryers/blowers; and the deed was done. From emergency to clean-up in 48 hours – a ServePro case-study in fast reaction and efficient restoration. And at a very fair price as well, mind you. My tenant and I don’t care to re-live the experience; but if Fate decides to intervene again, we know who to call: ServPro of Lafayette. Thanks, guys!

Josh S and Noah done a fantastic job on my cleaning

We had a water leak in our kitchen, called our insurance company and they sent Servpro of Lafayette, Jamestown over. They got to our house quickly and surveyed the damage. Dakota, Josh & Noah were extremely helpful, very courteous and explained to us all that was going to be done. They made this nerve-wracking process bearable. We highly recommend these gentlemen. Serve Pro has been great . Noah and both of the Josh’s, Nate and Brent Have been great ! I was in shock from the circumstances I was under and all these guys have been so kind and understanding. Don’t know if I would have been able to handle it all if I hadn’t gotten such a good crew of guys out here to work . The project manager Phil has been a pleasure to work with as well .
