Max Pope
Max Pope is the Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Blount County. Max is from the Knoxville area and graduated from Farragut High School where he played on the Varsity Football Team. He then attended Tennessee Tech University and majored in Criminal Justice. Afterwards, he decided to fulfill his dream to be a US Marine and served overseas during Desert Storm. He and his wife Andrea are the proud parents of two daughters. Max has 30+ years experience within the SERVPRO system and has received the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, OSHA Health and Safety, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Commercial Carpet Maintenance, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation. His experience, expertise, and training make him a specialist in Commercial and Residential HVAC Cleaning, Commercial and Residential Water and Fire Damage Restoration, Commercial and Residential Mold Remediation, BioHazard and Crime Scene Clean-up and he is also a certified Asbestos Contractor Supervisor.
Andrea Pope
Andrea Pope is the Co-owner of SERVPRO of Blount County along with her husband Max. Andrea has grown up around the SERVPRO system. Her parents owned SERVPRO franchises for over 40 years. She grew up in the Knoxville area, graduating from Farragut High School and then then from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is also Water Restoration certified through the IICRC. She worked in the family SERVPRO business in sales/marketing while raising her two daughters. She and Max were able to fulfill their dream of owning their own SERVPRO franchise in 2018. She has been an active community volunteer for over 25 years. From PTA to Girl Scouts she loves helping and serving others. She is a certified Faith and Finances counselor and has been a volunteer teacher at A Hand Up For Women and The Restoration House. She currently serves as a Blount County Chamber Ambassador, is on the Board of Directors at United Way of Blount County and is a member of Leadership Blount Class of 2022. She and her family are also active at Fellowship Church.
Blue & Oliver
Blue & Oliver have been in the SERVPRO family since they were puppies. They love long sunny walks and alerting the office staff to arriving packages and visitors.
