Phillip Nave serves as General Manager of our Columbia operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience within the SERVPRO system. Over the course of his career, Phillip has worked across mitigation, large-loss coordination, operations leadership, and team development, giving him a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of restoration.

His decades in the SERVPRO system have equipped him to lead complex water, fire, mold, and storm projects with confidence and precision. Phillip is known for his steady leadership, process-driven mindset, and commitment to doing the job the right way — every time.

In Columbia, he focuses on building strong teams, developing leaders, and ensuring every customer receives fast response, clear communication, and high-quality results. His experience and dedication make him a trusted resource for both our crews and the clients we serve.

Zach Wilkerson serves as our Business Development Representative in Columbia, where he focuses on building strong partnerships throughout the community. He works closely with property managers, facility directors, insurance professionals, and local business owners to ensure they understand how our team can respond quickly and effectively when disaster strikes.

Zach is known for his proactive approach, consistent follow-through, and ability to connect people with solutions before small issues become major losses. Whether he’s helping a commercial client prepare for storm season or educating a residential partner on water damage prevention, Zach represents our commitment to being prepared, responsive, and relationship-driven.

In Columbia, he’s not just a point of contact — he’s a resource and advocate for the customers and partners we serve.

Ashley Cox serves as the Marketing and Communication Coordinator, leading brand strategy, messaging, and community engagement efforts across our markets. She oversees digital presence, social media, internal communications, email campaigns, and community partnerships — ensuring our voice is consistent, clear, and aligned with who we are as a team.

Ashley works closely with operations and business development to highlight project success stories, promote safety and preparedness, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. She plays a key role in shaping both our external brand presence and internal culture communications.

With a strong focus on storytelling, strategy, and execution, Ashley helps position our team as proactive, prepared, and results-oriented — while keeping the human side of restoration front and center.

Penny and Danny are the owners and leaders behind our organization, bringing vision, resilience, and a deep commitment to people into everything we do. Since entering the restoration industry, they have focused on building a company that is locally rooted, growth-oriented, and built to serve the community when it needs help most.

Under their leadership, the company has expanded across multiple markets while maintaining a strong culture centered on teamwork, integrity, hard work, and doing the right thing. Penny and Danny believe that success is measured not only by results, but by how you treat people — customers, partners, and team members alike.

Their hands-on leadership style, long-term mindset, and passion for developing others continue to shape the direction and culture of the organization every day.

Ian McPeek serves as HR Manager, supporting team members across every office with a steady, people-first approach. He oversees recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, helping ensure everyone is set up for success from day one.

Known for being fair, approachable, and solutions-focused, Ian provides clear guidance to both employees and leadership. His commitment to strong systems and a positive culture helps strengthen our Wolfpack and support continued growth across the organization.

Ben Wilson serves as Mitigation Manager, Production, bringing hands-on experience and steady leadership to every loss. A carpenter by trade, Ben has been in the mitigation industry since 2008 and holds his WRT, ASD, and AMRT certifications. His deep field knowledge and practical mindset make him a trusted leader for crews and a reliable resource on complex jobs.

Ben is known for setting clear expectations, maintaining strong production standards, and leading from the front. He balances urgency with quality, ensuring projects stay on schedule without cutting corners.

Outside of work, Ben is a proud husband and father of three. His family stays busy with marching band in the fall and dance and lacrosse in the spring — and as a lifelong Gamecock fan, he’s right at home leading in the Carolinas.

Hunter Sgorrano serves as a Business Development Representative, focused on strengthening relationships and expanding our presence in the community. He works closely with property managers, insurance agents, and commercial partners to ensure they have a dependable restoration resource they can call at any time.

Hunter brings energy, consistency, and a service-driven mindset to his role. He understands that trust is built over time, so he prioritizes follow-through, clear communication, and being present when partners need support. His proactive approach and commitment to representing our team with professionalism help drive growth while reinforcing our reputation for reliability and results.

Brandon McLemore serves as Construction Division Director for our Columbia operations, leading reconstruction projects with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and client satisfaction. He oversees everything from initial scope to final walkthrough, ensuring each build is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Brandon is known for his steady leadership, clear communication, and ability to manage complex projects without losing attention to detail. He works closely with estimators, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep timelines on track and expectations aligned. His commitment to craftsmanship and results-driven execution plays a key role in delivering seamless reconstruction experiences for the clients and partners we serve.
