ServPro responded very quickly when we had water damage in the basement, were on-site within hours cutting out drywall and flooring and starting the drying and repair process. Jameson and crew installed new drywall, flooring, lighting and painted. We are very pleased with the end result. As their slogan says "Like it never even happened"!

It really is "like it never happened" - seriously. We had some bad basement flooding in the middle of the night after a giant melt, it was a mess. We called these guys in desperation and they quickly put us at ease. Not only did they restore everything in full, but their team carefully walked us through the problems in our drainage system, how to prevent it from happening, and just reassured my family during the difficult time. Real big thanks to Jameson and Ryan for their consistent efforts in the home and just being great guys. These guys work their butts off until the job is done and were incredibly accommodating of our needs and preferences. I met other team members who were also great, it's just a great company who clearly hire experienced tradespeople/carpenters who can get the job done. If this happens again, I'll call them, 100%! Thank you for being on the Island!

Great experience working with Stephanie & Servpro PEI. We found her knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and fair. Note: we haven't had any completed work yet, and our home maintenance needs may change, but the estimate & assessment process has been very smooth. Will update this review if that changes, but very happy with the service received! Would highly recommend to others.

I just want to say what a fabulous job Anna,Zack and Nico did cleaning out my basement apartment..it was a huge and challenging job and they left the place spotless..Anna it hasn't looked like this in 25 years,thank you so much..Servpro PEI certainly gets my highest recommendation..
