Lauren, Brenda, Brittany, Carla, and Diana are our dedicated Office Administration team that keeps our business running smoothly. With decades of experience, we're so very grateful to have all their different talents and expertise.

Ben Kimble has been Owner & Operated of SERVPRO of Williamsport/Montoursville and Lewisburg/Selinsgrove for over a decade. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration in Water Removal Technician. His experience at managing multiple crews in an efficient manner makes our SERVPRO services top of the line in the Industry. He is heavily involved in everyday operations of the business and is dedicated to servicing our customers.

Koby Printzenhoff is General Manager for both of our franchises! With several years of experience, Koby has added so much value to our team with his ambition, drive, and knowledge. His certifications include IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ADS), Water Damage Restoration Technician, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, Applied Microbial Restoration, Lead Paint, as well as a certification for Successful Subrogation I for claims, among others. We're very proud to have him as a big part of our expanding business!

Shawn Karschner is our designated Senior Mold Project Manager among many other hats he wears with his 18 years of experience at SERVRPRO of Williamsport/Montoursville along with over a decade of previous experience in the Insurance Industry. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Shawn served as our Continuing Education Class Instructor and provides most of our Mold Remediation Estimates and Services.

Ben is our Business Development Manager and Fire Sales Manager for our two franchises. He adds over 20 years of local business experience in advertising, marketing, and business relations to our team. He is IICRC certified in Fire Smoke & Odor Restoration. His focus on the customer first mentality and professionalism bring our team and our customers a tremendous value helping them thru the complicated fire restoration process.

Ryan Snook is our Reconstruction Manager and comes with several years of experience operating his own successful construction company locally. He brings a tremendous value to our reconstruction department restoring our customers properties back to "preloss" condition.

Ben Jensen "BJ" is a Project Manager for our team and has several years experience in restoration and construction industries. Our customers love his mellow friendly personality that is happy to help anyway he can to get the job done correctly.

Don Campbell is a Marketing Representative here at SERVPRO of Williamsport/Montoursville. He is also our main contact for marketing and completing our commercial Emergency Ready Profiles. His ability to work with others makes him a valuable asset for explaining and expanding our business.

Tim is one of our most experienced restoration supervisors. He's been in the restoration industry for many years and takes pride in being very detailed on all his assigned jobs for home and business owners. He's a huge value to our team.

Alex Taylor is one of our Restoration Supervisors and designated carpet cleaning project manager for SERVPRO of Williamsport/Montoursville. He has many years experience and is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration as a Water Removal Technician. He also specializes in our professional carpet cleaning and enjoys working with our customers.

Bonnie is our Cleaning Supervisor and has been with our team for over 22 years!! Making her a go to for experience and knowledge for our crew.
