Sean McCabe
Owner
Sean McCabe began his career in the restoration industry as a production technician in the family business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kutztown University. He acquired SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties. He is actively involved with the franchise's production team, focusing on strategizing for large losses.
In his personal time, Sean enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, golfing, and spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs.

Christina McCabe
Owner
Christina McCabe brings industry experience to SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour and Sullivan Counties. She has experience in industry software programs including Xactimate and DocuSketch. Christina specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.
Christina has experience in Real Estate and as an Insurance Adjuster. She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience with proper insurance-supporting documentation to facilitate a smooth claims process.
Christina leads reconstruction services, focusing on restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition.

Kristen Carroll
Finance Manager
Kristen Carroll oversees all finances, including accounting and collections.
Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Kristen works remotely, residing in New Jersey with her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Gracie, along with their small farm.
Jillian Cheslow
Office Manager
Jillian Cheslow serves as the Office Manager. She brings experience from the disaster restoration industry, having previously served as an office and business development professional in the restoration field.
Jillian is actively involved in community service, notably as the coordinator for the Philly Stair Climb event benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), honoring fallen firefighters and supporting their families.
Matt Donley
Construction Manager
Matt Donley serves as the Construction Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to assisting clients through property damage challenges. He provides guidance and support from the initial mitigation phase through to complete reconstruction.
His dedication to excellence and client satisfaction has established Matt as a trusted professional within the restoration community. He is recognized for his ability to manage complex projects and deliver quality results.
Kim Schmidt
Construction Coordinator
Kim Schmidt serves as the Construction Coordinator. She brings project management expertise from a background with a large roofing company. Initially joining Team McCabe in an office role, Kim transitioned to the reconstruction department, where her skills are particularly well-suited, as the department expanded.
Ryan Booth
VP of Production
Ryan Booth, VP of Production pairs customer service and production knowledge to the job. Bringing experience and operating systems to the team. He focuses on building relationships and providing customer solutions.
Ryan resides in Quakertown with his wife, Brittany, and their dog, Jet.

Will is Team McCabe’s newest Production Manager, joining us with over 20 years of experience from another SERVPRO franchise. He brings a strong team-first mentality and a customer-focused approach, making him a valuable asset to Team McCabe.
