Meet Our Team

Tracy Convery has been the office manager at SERVPRO of King of Prussia since 2015. She quickly helped put in place processes to make this office run smoother and more efficiently. Tracy has an unmatched ability to absorb and comprehend new information on the fly.

When she's not at SERVPRO, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, husband and three children, up in the Poconos at their mountain cabin.

With minimal knowledge of the cleanup and restoration industry before coming to SERVPRO, Tracy was a fast learner and keeps SERVPRO of King of Prussia running like a fine-tuned machine.

Lori Fullington is the Financial Manager here at SERVPRO of king of Prussia. She has been here since SERVPRO of King of Prussia opened its doors in 2013. Bringing with her a vast amount of knowledge in the financial world, Lori filled a much-needed opening in our franchise. She does the job we all take for granted... collecting the bill.

Lori has ran a very successful lighting business with her mother for the past 30 years. Lori's favorite part about working for SERVPRO is having the ability to help our customers when they're in a time of need.

Scott is the operations manager here at SERVPRO and has been here since we opened in 2013. Scott is a pro and very customer service oriented. He is a problem solver like no other and works hard day in and day out. When he isn't getting his hands dirty he is relaxing at the cabin in the Poconos enjoying the calmness. Thank you Scott, we appreciate everything you do for this organization!

He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Tom works diligently on all losses that come his way!

Lindsey is a job file coordinator at SERVPRO. Lindsey is IICRC Certified in water restoration. When Lindsey is not at SERVPRO she is either running a marathon or playing with her dog Jazzy.

Kayleigh is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO. She takes pride in her customer service & communication skills while responding to the calls. In her off time she sells her very own brand of scented wax melt's!

Experienced Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Customer Service, Contractors, and Sales Management. Strong entrepreneurship professional. Has more than 20 years experience in construction and has almost a decade of SERVPRO experience.

Keith Hart is our reconstruction Operations Manager at SERVPRO.

The Reconstruction Operations Manager is responsible for a wide range of functions necessary to successfully manage the reconstruction division. They are responsible for setting departmental budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.

Keith has more than 18 years of experience in construction management.

Mike is our Large Loss Operations Manager.

Mike has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Trauma & Crime Scene, and Osha Training Instructor

Joe is in charge of our Comercial & National accounts. Joe is an ex-police officer that has 28 years of experience in the restoration industry.

When Joe isn't working he likes to spend time with his family, his wife & 3 daughters.

Joe is ready anytime there is an emergency!

Marshall is a Sales/marketing rep at SERVPRO.

Marshall is very knowledgeable with his 26 years of experience in the restoration industry, including owning his own restoration company.

When Marshall isn't working at SERVPRO he likes to spend time with his family his wife, two sons & daughter.

Adriano is a Marketing/Sales Representative at SERVPRO.

Adriano has been with SERVPRO for 2 years. When he is not working he likes to spend time with his nephew Adonis. If the weather is nice he also likes to go to the beach in Ocean City NJ.

Adriano is always ready when an emergency happens!
