As a Californian staying with my sister's family in the Harrisburg area while our home is being rebuilt from the devastating fires, the last thing we needed was more stress. But when her toilet line backed up and flooded her bathroom, that's exactly what we got. Thankfully, she called SERVPRO. ​The team, led by Carlos, was exceptional. Carlos was on-site quickly and handled the situation with a level of professionalism and empathy that was truly outstanding. His communication was clear, he explained every step of the mitigation process, and he made sure my sister felt comfortable and informed. The crew was incredibly respectful of her home and worked efficiently to get the mess cleaned up and the space dry. ​On the back end, Mike from the office was a lifesaver. He worked directly with the insurance company, handling all the paperwork and communications. This took a huge weight off my sister's shoulders during an already stressful time. Between Carlos's excellent customer service in the field and Mike's seamless handling of the insurance side, they made a terrible situation as stress-free as it could possibly be. ​I can't recommend this SERVPRO franchise enough. They truly live up to their reputation.

Serv Pro has gone above and beyond for myself and my children. From the moment they got the call, Josiah has been on site everyday getting everything ready for new, he has been nothing but kind, considerate and has walked me through everything answering every question I have. Mike and Ashley have also gone above and beyond for us, Ashley went as far as dropping a gift off for my daughter who is autistic who is not dealing well with this change.

Just the first day of work and we can already see the quality of work and attention to detail John has put into our project. Careful explanation of what he hoped to accomplish upon arrival and thorough walk through and explanation of what was accomplished. Appreciated the fact John was not satisfied and was coming back a second day to finish the job. True professionalism and legitimacy there...stay tuned for final project review.

We had a water issues when our fire suppression system had a hole drilled into one of its pipes inside the wall. For almost 1/2HR (until the fire came to shut off the water to the property at the street curb) high pressure water filled the room. We called SERVPRO of Hershey and ServPro came out that very night and started the clean up. The process of Insurance claims with SERVPRO and our insurance company was very smooth and they helped immensely and our property was restored and back in use in a very short period of time. I would not call any other company for any emergency in your home. Highly recommend
