From the day our house caught on fire through its final restoration, Sevpro of Harleysville, Skippack was with us on the entire journey. From mitigation, packing up and storing the entire contents of our home, demolition and its complete, and beautiful, restoration, every person within the Servpro organization was professional, personable, efficient, reliable, talented and extremely supportive. Each stage was tentative and stressful, but the staff at every juncture planned and executed impeccable service. Our Servpro's restoration project manager is a talented contractor himself, and is armed with top-notch professional electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and installation contractors who take great pride in their work. The results are impeccable. They had to work through difficult weather situations and were always on call to help with challenges at a moment's notice. I wish, I could give Servpro 10 stars. In my Aunt’s home all her pipes broke what a mess. Call Servpro they came out to look at the problem. Karl, brought his team in to dry out my Aunts home. Rip up rugs, flooring and etc. Karl worked with us explained everything they were doing great staff with Karl team. 2nd team came in Dave and Dustin told us what they were going to do. Exceptional work. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO well worth the money. Thank you for helping my Aunt and putting her home back together.
