The team was very efficient, effective and professional. Called Sunday and they were here first thing Monday morning. it was a big job cleaning up flooded basement. Removed damaged drywall, organized items salvageable, washed and sanitized everything. Looks amazing. Best experience as homeowner in 27 years. Had the pleasure of speaking with Claire this morning/afternoon from the Greensburg ServePro. I was so impressed with her knowledge and patience! She explained the process of restoration and repair as well as the insurance side of things. I recently had water damage in my basement and she took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Quite the employee and one you should be proud of.

My bathroom and office needed mold remediation due to the previous owner not taking care of a small leak in the vent on the roof. The work is done and I have an office and bathroom.again with perfect care! The work Rick had done was incredible and efficient. He was done in a week. It is neat and clean. Perfect!
Honestly in this terrible time, j.r and Brandon came out to do my clean up and they made me feel so much better! Honestly a great team! And Caroline came out to check equipment and she was so friendly! An amazing experience and wouldn’t have asked for anyone else seriously! 10/10 for all 3 of them.
