Meet Our Team

Jon serves as the Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Davis. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years as a water restoration technician, restoration manager, and estimator. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Janelle has been with SERVPRO Team Davis for 18 years, currently serving as our Office Manager. Since 2009, Janelle has amassed certifications in subrogation, Xactimate, and IICRC certifications in water damage, fire and smoke damage, odor control, and applied structural drying. Janelle enjoys eating healthy foods, watching Rom-Coms, listening to country music, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

The face of our Team Davis social media, Jeremy Brescia, or JB as he is known by in the office, serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager here at Team Davis. Starting as a sales rep three years ago, JB quickly rose to the sales manager position by utilizing his 20+ years of selling experience. Our reigning Hero Ready MVP is out and about in the Lehigh Valley every day, furthering the reach of our brand by sitting on several organizational boards like IFMA, ACS, and various chambers of commerce. Jeremy enjoys a good slice of pizza, the Michigan Wolverines, spending time with his family, and playing catcher for our Team Davis softball squad.

Wayne Wambold currently serves as the Restoration Manager for SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall. Wayne brings extensive expertise to our restoration team, with over 20 years of industry experience. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Wayne oversees restoration projects with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality. His leadership ensures that every project is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism, reflecting the SERVPRO standard. Wayne takes pride in helping clients restore their properties and peace of mind after unexpected damage, making him an integral part of the team.

Andrea is the Commercial Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Davis. She also serves her community as a volunteer firefighter and runs her own eBay store. Andrea brings a fresh and unique perspective to the SERVPRO sales department. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys watching her Philadelphia sports teams.

As the Reconstruction Superintendent, Kevin oversees all aspects of our reconstruction jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. Kevin is a huge dog lover, either spending time at home with his dog or enjoying some office time with Maggie. He enjoys restoring cars in his spare time.

Amy is the newest member of our reconstruction team, coordinating job files for the rapidly growing department. She loves spending time with her husband and their German Shorthaired Pointer.

Jordan currently serves as our Reconstruction Estimator, but helps out the entire SERVPRO team in any way he can. Jordan is excellent at communicating with our customers, clients, agents, and adjusters to ensure a smooth process from restoration to reconstruction.

Tanya has worn many hats in her 20+ years of working in the cleanup and restoration industry. She currently works as the Accounting Clerk and HR Generalist here at Team Davis. Tanya has earned IICRC certifications in water and fire restoration, applied structural damage, and odor control, as well as certifications in subrogation and Dry Book. Tanya also is a licensed pastor at a United Methodist Church, having earned her master’s degree in divinity from Drew University. She loves spreading holiday cheer around the office, eating seafood, traveling across the 50 states, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Karrie is the newest member of our office team, serving as a job file coordinator. Karrie previously served as an auditor in the aviation industry before joining SERVPRO Team Davis. Karrie enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two children.

Steve is one of our most knowledgeable and qualified restoration technicians at SERVPRO Team Davis. He brings years of restoration industry experience to the team.

Justin, one of our restoration specialists, brings years of industry experience to our fire and water team.

Brian has been a great addition to our restoration team since joining in November 2025. He brings a great attitude and always is willing to support the team.

Luis has been an awesome addition to our team since joining in June of 2025. He is a very fast learner and is always happy to help the team, especially during after hours losses. He is truly committed to our promise of 24/7 full-service restoration.

Ray currently serves as a water restoration technician here at SERVPRO Team Davis. He is very focused on continuing to gain experience and knowledge in the restoration field and is always happy to help the team.

Maggie Davis is the office dog of SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem, and Whitehall. She is certified in ice cube eating and fetch studies. She's been known to sleep on the job sometimes but more than makes up for that pitfall with her *constantly* friendly demeanor and fun-to-pet silky fur.
